    (1) When Participant's Consent Is Obtained When Participant's consent is obtained, we may provide Participant's information (which may be personal information) to third party companies, organizations or individuals.
    (2) Provision to parties related to this audition We will provide participants' information (which may be personal information) to parties related to this audition, such as the broadcasting station that will broadcast this audition, the production company that will produce programs related to this audition, and the producers of programs related to this audition.

Procedures for requesting disclosure of records of provision to a third party <br>If a participant requests disclosure of records when personal data is provided to a third party or when personal data is received from a third party pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose the records to the participant without delay after confirming that the request comes from the participant himself/herself (if the personal information in question does not exist, we will notify the participant to that effect). However, this will not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to disclose the records under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
